1. Motor protection for AOX-M series motorized multi turn actuator.
In order to protect the motor against overheating, there are two series of thermal switch installed in the three-phase motor or single-phase motor winding inside. They are involved in the control circuit to prevent damage to the motor because of winding overheating.
2. The digital position display clearly indicates the status of valve and actuator.
3. Wide range of output torque .
Direct torque outputs range from 40 Nm to 1000Nm.When AOX-M series motorized multi turn actuator combined with a worm gearbox, the maximum torque output can be adjusted up to 50,000Nm.

Instruction
Installation, maintenance and storage
1. There should be no loose clearance at all joints of the AOX-M series motorized multi turn actuator and the adjustment mechanism to ensure good adjustment effect, and the connection bolt should be evenly and symmetrically tightened during installation.
2. AOX-M series motorized multi turn actuator should be maintained frequently. For places with high vibration, always check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the connectors are in good contact and whether the locking is reliable.
3. Pay attention to the handling during transportation, and use the forklift to load and unload according to the weight of the actuator mechanism model to avoid impact and damage the quality of the product.
4. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. To prevent moisture intrusion from the ground, it should be placed on the shelf or separated by wooden boards.
